Every order is roasted in small batches and, for our flavored coffees, flavored per order and shipped the same day. Most orders leave within one to two business days.
Yes. Choose whole bean or a grind at checkout — drip, espresso, or coarse for cold brew. If you are unsure, whole bean stays freshest the longest.
Drop a filter pack into water, steep and chill overnight, then pull the pack and pour. Four packs will brew up to a gallon, or use them one at a time for smaller batches.
Keep it in a sealed container away from heat, light, and moisture. Skip the freezer — it introduces condensation that dulls the flavor.
